\”Being welcomed by the Belgian Embassy in Beijing, as well as the teachers and students at Liaoning University, was heartwarming. It was a very nice surprise and the perfect start to this adventure.”
\”When we arrived in China, we were all exhausted after our long flight, but once we stepped out of the plane, that exhaustion immediately disappeared. While we were waiting for our luggage, the sun came up, and I was overtaken by a sense of gratitude, happiness, and curiosity. Now I can finally experience China in real life!\”
\”Being directly submerged into a new culture, new habits, and a new lifestyle are the perfect ingredients for a fruitful and thrilling exchange program.\”
This year, a total of 13 students are participating in the exchange with Liaoning University, in the province of Liaoning. They will be studying there for the next three months.
We are so happy to see that with the reopening of the border, student exchanges are finally resuming. We wish all Belgian students in China a very fruitful learning experience and the best of luck!
